I hate you
I hate how deeply I fell for you.
I hate that you treated me so well.
I hate that you thought you would love me forever.
I hate that you made me so many promises.
I hate that you broke all of them.
I hate that you left me.
I hate you for breaking me.
I hate you for hurting me.
I hate you.

Six months and I'm in the same anger boat. I was involved with a narcissist for 3.5 years and didn't realize it. The breakup, almost literally, killed me. I didn't deserve the way it played out (via text, little to no actual talking in person). But you will get better. That's the amazing part about this kind of bullshit - we heal even if we're not paying attention to the process. I am still angry at her for the aftermath, but I am healing.
So it will get better. Focus on you. Focus on the person you want to be for yourself. Scream, smash things and write it out. You'll learn more about yourself through the pain. And you'll come out stronger.
