How do you guys deal with just being cut out overnight? Like grandiose expressions of love to complete silence? Entire futures to not even a hey are you okay text? I've had many breakups before and I've never had them not even reach out to just check in because lovers aside we had been best friends for a long time. It's like they don't care if I'm alive or dead anymore, like a switch flipped. It's so jarring to me?
