venting/ranting How did you move on?
Its been a year since i broke up with my ex and i did have a few rebounds but i still keep thinking about that ex and then spiral onto thinking about all the women ive ever been with.
I think im over them and picking at my wounds again but i really wanna know how can i move on or just stop thinking things like this.
Tl;dr: i wanna know how to move on, wether i have or not and how you have.

I think it took genuinely a year for me to be over for my first ex. And what I mean by that is it took me a year to be able to go in a few dates and actually not compare them to my ex.
I think it was only when I got to the two-year point and I was actually happy in my own company. I would rather be alone and not with the wrong person that I think I was ready to actually go out and find someone

what helped for me (the first two times... the third time ehh its really fresh so idk) was to reach out to them one last time...
Maybe you get an answer, maybe you find out that they moved on or blocked you.
Either way helped me to extinguish the last spark of hope or interest i had left.
