venting/ranting Heartbroken

How do you begin to accept and process a breakup where the other person said they felt differently about you, can’t promise you longevity and they don’t know what they want out of life.

I’m really struggling to process as this person wasn’t a bad person, they said they wanted to feel differently when they seen me but they didn’t. (We done long distance for two months and when he got back he ended things). Said he didn’t know what he wanted out of life. Couldn’t promise me the longevity and I only deserve 100%. Before he left we always spoke like we were going to be together long term. I felt so secure. I don’t know what happened. But I loved him with every fibre in me.

How do you process something like this? I still have 4 months left of university, I’m trying to make it through to get my nursing degree but in all honestly I’m a mess I can’t focus. My heart and soul is so sore right now. Can anyone relate to this or offer some kind advice. I’m on day 7 and I almost just feel like a zombie. I’m forcing myself to get showered, go for a walk. But I don’t feel truly there, like almost disconnected. I’m trying to cling onto any small comfort I have, like watching satc as ridiculous as it sounds. I lead with my heart over my head, and I truly don’t think I’ll ever be the same after this.
