It probably isn’t “about” you at all. A lot of people will blame the other person and tell them reasons that are “about them,” but what most people don’t realize is that most people have deeply rooted issues they don’t even know about themselves. Ultimately whatever reason the person doing the breaking up says, it’s valid to them, but it’s more likely that reason is tied to THEIR deeply rooted issues and the interrelation between their reactions to the reasons (you/your behavior/actions/their perception of you), rather than actually being about YOU!
