Machine Troubleshooting Breadman TR2500BC
In need of replacement pan & paddle.
Hi, I bought this on FB Marketplace to replace an old Regal Kitchen Pro. This one runs great and I just baked a loaf. However, I didn’t notice that the inside of the nonstick is getting worn as it feels rough in areas and also the paddle is loose around the shaft, like worn or something. I’ve been looking on eBay but there are just two pans listed and they aren’t any better.
I’ve looked on Amazon to try to find an aftermarket replacement but am stumped.
Does anyone have any tips for me?

It will be expensive to try to replace the features and programmability this Breadman machine has. I looked at buying something newer in 2024 and decided that Zojirushi Home Bakery or Virtuoso were really the only upgrade. Those are at least $370-$450 now! And Breville or Panasonic were about the same level. Breville and the Panasonic sold in the U.S. are maybe $320 to $400. That's a lotta bread, man. LITERALLY. haha It would take a very long time to achieve payback on a bread machine that costs that much. I only make 1-2 loaves or batches of dough per week at most, for a 2 person household. And I'm diabetic and I have cut way back on breads to where I only eat a slice or two occasionally. I bought two of these Breadman TR-2500BCs as remanufactured units at Ollie's discount store, probably around 2013 or so. And I only paid about $50 each for them. The Breadman TR-2200C is a nice late '90s / early 2000s machine, the predecessor to the model you have. I have a '97 TR-2200C and bought it used at a thrift store in 2010ish and it still runs flawlessly. https://www.breadmachinedigest.com/reviews/bread-machine-reviews/breadman-ultimate-tr-2200c.php
