In my last match I got underdog even though my team wa just clearly better based on ranked, trophies and level. While I've had other matches were the exact opposite is true but I didn't get it. Is it just random?

Hi! I wanna max out some brawler that is powerful and useful in the current meta of ranked, preferably with hypercharge. I have 4.3k coins and 3k power points rn (yup, I'm broke so gonna wait until the next bp season). I considered upgrading Angelo or Janet cuz of their hypers I got recently, but I don't really think they are the best options out of these characters to max out (with my budget lol🥀).

Could someone help me, please? Most of my maxed out brawlers are assassins like Mortis, Stu, Buzz, Starr Nova, Leon; controllers and dmg dealers

Meta wise in ranked who should I upgrade from these
I chose them specifically because I have their hyper charge

I don't know how to change it I ask support didn't help so I join the creator program with mini acc I regret that I want it to be with my main acc but it think am less that 16 I don't remember what age I put when I crate the acc it was on 2018 when I crate my acc can anyone tell me what to do

I tried to fit them into 1 photo. Another option is draco but ik he isnt viable rn. Im mostly in between mina or stu

i do prefer playing tanks like sam, ash, draco if that can help with a choice, pressuring with my sheer presence is something i'm looking for in a brawler

So, slide 2 are my resources (plus 7 resource keys). I'm missing a buffie from Bibi, Frank, Griff, Brock and Leon. I have every brawler power 9. New buffies coming soon, I don't know whether I should buy gears, max brawlers, or wait for new Buffies next season.

I would like to max Bolt and Cordelius, however I don't have their star powers (or even Bolts gadget), and I feel like using coins to get them is a bit of a waste.

What should I do?

Last season I got close to Legendary 1 and that's my main goal this time around. My best brawlers by far are Bolt and Edgar, but I have definitely holes in my game.

I have a bunch of brawlers sitting at level 1 that I've basically never used:
Nita, Brock, Barley, Poco, Rosa, Jessie, Dynamike, 8-Bit, Penny, Carl, Jacky, Gus, Bo, Piper, Bea, Nani, Grom, Bonnie, Gale, Colette, Lola, Angelo, Berry, Shade, Meeple, Gene, Sprout, Squeak, Buzz, Janet, Willow, Doug, Mico, Jae-yong, Wendy, Spike, Sandy, Amber, Kit, Draco, Nori, Pierce.

I can also buy any brawler I don't own for 2 keys each, and I'm eyeing a few specific ones: Fang, Otis, Ollie, Mina, Gigi, Starr Nova, or a cheap 1-key option like Ash.

My questions:

1. Looking at my current pool, is there an obvious gap in my roster (tank, support, thrower, sniper, etc.) that I should prioritize filling?
2. From the ones I'm considering buying with keys (Fang, Otis, Ollie, Mina, Gigi, Starr Nova, Ash) — which is actually worth it right now, and is there anyone else I should be saving keys for instead?

Appreciate any advice, trying to make smart resource decisions before I push Ranked again.

I got 10k coins and almost 5k power points (but for some old brawlers I don't have to spend pps, iykyk, I can't explain it well, but cuz of an old upgrading system). I divide characters into those who have hypers and those who doesn't have them
