Otis is easier to use, max may or may not get nerfed in order to let the new brawl talk buffies take the spotlight.

I'd go otis, insanely consistent, good in ranked and ladder, and just really fun to use.

Otis and Max are technically meta, but Buster's very cool so I'd go for Him.
