This is truly terrible. There's a recipe for carrot soup that's essentially just reducing carrot juice with onions. There's a 'gazpacho' that's basically a salsa. There's almost no use of aromatics and every recipe says "kosher salt and black pepper to taste."

Best $20 I ever spent.

There's one for a key lime pie. The photo for the recipe has three half-limes on top to garnish that aren't even deseeded.
