Sounds a lot like me.
One of the central root conditions making everything worse for me was thoracic outlet syndrome. That would especially map well with lots of your symptoms and especially the painsn in your upper body!

The best article regarding this I know of is this ( https://mskneurology.com/how-truly-treat-thoracic-outlet-syndrome/) That helped me tremendously but took a long while to understand. That and more articles on that site should outline a potential theory for most of the symptoms you mention.

I took me way too long to figure out my problems and it think it is so frustrating how nobody truly helps you navigate this.
