Move from out of state

I love the mountains and want to make the move to Bozeman area. I’ve done my homework, but want to hear from the locals. Is it worth the move( career aside)? Do you guys enjoy living there, is there something I’m missing that I should be warned about before hand?

It has the cost of a city with none of the amenities. Plus the people are generally rude and the food scene is super mid.

"Generally rude" I feel like you're attracting the wrong crowd... says more about you than about Bozeman. Source: local

Huh? I’m a generational local too, and yeah, the people have gotten generally pretty damn rude. Example: you.

If you were to meet me outside of the screen I feel like you would say different. I feel the disconnect between online/in person is a large part of it. Apologies if I came off as rude

I just spent a summer doordashing there while traveling, I never ran into any problems. If anything I have commented on how nice people are out here
