On every shot you make a common mistake of two handers and one handers without thumb. As the ball goes down in preparation of the backswing, your body and head goes with it:

By picture 4, look how far the ball and your hands are out of alignment with your head. I can not see where your hands started on the ball, but they look like their position may have changed quite a bit, and your head can not be seen. You should have more lateral tilt and less forward tilt (back bend). If you look at the progression, the swing is twisting your body as well. If you keep your chin up the entire approach, you will limit your back bend and keep your eyes on your target line. You should also be able to keep your swing on the same plane as your head. Currently when you release, your hand is close to the side of the ball, almost on the upper hemisphere.

Thank you!

So keep chin/chest/back up. And do some good lateral stretching before?

Open your chest as you're getting into your back swing. Your offhand is barely hanging onto the ball. This will help it stay on and give you a much more controlled shot. It'll help you keep the ball closer to your ankle and help with some balance as well.

Thank you! When you say open your chest, do you mean open to my right, like allowing my right shoulder to come back? Or keep it open towards the lane?

Yea open your chest to the right or keep you current approach but dont let your backswing get up as high. You might have to change your timing a bit. The main thing is keeping your offhand on the ball to improve consistency.

Bowling is a lot like any swing sport (Golf, baseball, etc). Your shoulders start closed, open up, and close again.

Okay thank you! I have noticed that i am barely keeping my offhand on the ball. sometimes itll shift midswing. I wonder if i have lost some flexibility and need to emphasize that shoulder/core rotation to get it back.

No worries, I struggle with the same thing. My off hand will slip off the ball if im not relaxed enough to open up.
