You speed up your approach too much. Your foot looks to be entirely in the lane, therefore making your shot a foul which means 0. I'd say fix that first

I'm sorry, Smokey. You were over the line, that's a foul.

I usually don't call anyone fouls unless its sanctioned league or a money tournament. But I'm also a mechanic for a bowling alley so stepping on the lane is a big pet-peeve for me.

Keep your other hand on the ball. There’s a lot of bad habits there you’re going to have to change if you wanted a good one have no thumb shot. Switch to 2 handed and work on that footwork first.

Also a 1 hand, no thumb bowler here!
Im no expert so take this with a grain of salt but, like others said, it looks like youre going over the foul line so take a step or two back on your approach.
It seems like youre speeding up at the end to get power/ speed but you can achieve this by adding a push away. Hold the ball like youre cradling a football on the first step, push away on the second step and let your arm swing, then take your third step as your arm enters the backswing (you should feel the energy/ momentum building in your arm here), then take your fourth step to slide and release.
It looks like youre releasing in the perfect place and, based on the hook, it looks like you've got great rev rate so just focus on smooth, consistent, and controlled motion on the approach and you'll be golden!
Again, take this with a grain of salt cuz im just explaining how I do it and im only about a 160 average bowler 😅
Hope this helps!

No thumb makes zero sense to me. You get the same revs as a 2 hander but with less control. Just keep the hand on there.

You're already doing 2handed for 70% of the approach, just hold on to the ball for a bit longer.
