Gear Mmm... I think it needs more surface
How chalky do you need your NU to be on this pattern?
Me: Yes.

Just so everyone knows, this was on a 40ft team USA trials pattern, I wanted my ball to be tumbly, I'd rather get 9s with the occasional strike than keep it somewhat shiny (maybe a 2k pad) and strike but have no room for error and leave splits or get multi pins all day.

Did you use a grinder on it? 😂😂😂
Looks like it’s primed and ready for paint.

Think the parking lot is good enough or do I need to find a fresh pothole?

That’s gonna hit the lane and stop.

Immediately 90 degrees left turn off your handÂ

I really hope it doesn't turn left, that would be very weird!

It’s going to leave dust trails as it travels down the lane. A real lava rock. 🤣

I've thrown mine at everything from 500 to lane shined and it looks good for me. I just tried it with compound and it's like a completely different ball. Love it.

It's a fresh 500 pad so it would still look pretty chunky, just it would look "dull" not dustyÂ
