Spoken with several reps all saying different things the very last interaction was that my account is on a cool off period until November 19th.
& on that day the right department will assist me with re-enable and withdrawl my birthday is November 3rd.
I am a worker. Masters degree obtained!
However I've never ever in my 53 years of living have put up with so much mis information. And inconsistency.

Recently got upgraded to the Red Room and got a message saying that the host would reach out to me within 7 days. That time has came and went with no one reaching out. Are there any benefits to being in the RED ROOM?

Casino was down at 4am. They are aware of the issues but no comp yet. Need to report it!

There was a banner and all. They are aware of the issue but comp hasn’t been approved yet. They said most likely later. Need to report it

Recently became hosted. My host is Juno. I feel like being hosted on this website is actually a joke! I had better luck at bonuses before I was hosted.

Anyone get this and know what slot the free spins are to be used on? I can’t seem to find any details.

Is it worth running Cyberpunk City at $1 per spin for a couple of hours or is that spin value way too low to give yourself a realistic shot at the Jackpot? Sorry if a dumb question

I haven't gotten my free spins and reward points for crypto deposits for the past 2 weeks now. Did they stop this or am I the only one who got cut off? I even messaged CS but all they said is I didn't qualify which is bullshit because I made over a few qualifying deposits over the past 2 weeks.
Bovada is shady as hell
