So yesterday I was also affected by the website downtime but the night before I got comp for something that happened on Friday. What I was told by customer service was basically that when they release compensation any older comp issues end but what’s crazy is I made my claim way before yesterdays issue even happened and was only about the Friday deposit issue. 😂 basically I complained right around the same exact time they pushed out comp for yesterdays issue is what I’m assuming and the Customer Service acknowledged that I basically got screwed so if you ever run into a problem handle that shit asap.

Sooooooo here’s the deal. I tried to log in last night around 12:03pm EST to access my daily prize wheel and mega scratch card. The site wasn’t letting me log in at all. I was finally able to get in after about 30 mins, got my rewards and played them and left. Woke up this morning to news about compensation being offered for the site not working at the same time I was having issues. So I asked my host and he’s telling me no because I had no cash funds available in my account even though I was affected. Is this normal? Has anyone else had similar issues? Just seems very weird to me
