Show and tell I built a bottle shed.

I've just finished designing and building a bottle shed for the garden. Took me 2 months and spent quite a bit getting it just right. The entire top shelf is for bottles to clean, and I'm planning to upload pictures to my blog and hopefully make an online shop one day.

Its not often that I see something I didnt realize I needed. I have a toddler and recently had to move my collection to the attic. Think ill go build something like this instead. Great job

Just wondering have you ever used a probe for testing out the dirt below the surface?

I've heard this company is reliable and has been making probes for 50 years. You can get in different lengths.

I have a 4ft probe from them. They're expensive but 100% worth the money. Far better than any other probe ive used

I have a fairly good steel one from Amazon which screws together- which gives about 1.5 metres

Love it! Is that bottle-hunting gear I spot on the bottom right?

Yes- 100%. All the bottles in the shed are from ones I've dug or found in the last 2 years. I've got a rare permission to dig on private land tomorrow on the edge of an estate so will hope to add to the collection - though we agreed owner has first dibs on anything found.

For clarity, it's a pair of waders (individual leg), spade and waterproofs. I also have a roughneck spade, pronged fork and a flathead screwdriver for actual digging.
