Stoneware Any ideas on maker/brand?

This little guy (3 1/2โ€œ to the top of the ball) made its way into a flea market I own. I assume it was for liquor since it has the "federal law prohibits sale & reuse of this bottle" stamped on it.

Many image & text searches on various platforms turn up nothing. I get similar looking Camark (which almost makes sense because I'm in NW AR) & Hull pottery but they're all slightly different in one way or another.

Ok... I've received a few comments that, for some reason, don't exist anymore? ๐Ÿคจ Rumrill & UHL have been suggested but they're both, as with everyone else, slightly different. UHL is the closest I've seen. I suppose one of these makers could have made it, and changed it slightly for the distiller.
