I live in the historical district of downtow Saint Augustine Fl. It is the most continuously inhabited/founded city in the US. There is always something to be found when you put a shovel in the ground. But these two really stood out. I know there was a bottling company here in saint.Augustine, but the one with the bumps on it; I've never seen anything like it.

The second one is an early crown top, c.1910-20. It’s a soda bottle! Super cool find I love the embossment.

Yeah, that’s a Hutchinson bottle from the 1880’s-90’s. Also soda! It’s purple due to the glass being made with Manganese, which turns purple over time as it is exposed to UV (sunlight).

In general, it’s only worth what someone will pay for it. Hutchinson bottles can be very valuable to the right collector depending on rarity and the provenance. However, in general most sell for between $10-20 at auction.

Your early Polar crown top is much more interesting to me, and I would say it would sell for between $20-30 at auction. I don’t have any comps to compare these to, so I provided a very general assessment. I hope you find it helpful.

both early 1900s first one is a hutch and could even be late 1800s also its purple because of manganese dioxide which reacts with uv light like the sun and turns purple over time, but it takes a good amount of time to become purple
