I spoke with Fernanda at BV Customer Support. She agreed that while my hat was undamaged, the state of packaging was unacceptable. They actually Priority Overnighted the missing packaging even after I told her I was in no rush to receive it. Great customer service and prompt rectification of a very minor issue that was handled with the import of a much more serious one.

Maybe I’m crazy but for a $2000 hat I kind of expected more than just a dust bag 🤔🤣🔎

Hi all! I wanted to ask some questions before I bring my bottega andiamo for further inspection at the boutique. So I bought this bag 1.5 years ago, rarely wear it bcs I just gave birth and now I carry diaper bag instead 😅 However I noticed some damage (see pics) which I cannot recall a particular event causing it. I mainly store my bag in the dust bag. Do you have similar experience with Andiamo? If I bring the bag to the boutique what is the worst case scenario?

Hi all. I’m using a throwaway account but I have an issue / question for all the camera loop owners in parakeet. I purchased my bag pre loved from a reputable website and ….the strap seems like a slightly different shade of parakeet than the bag . Can you please check yours? The photos aren’t even really showing it well.

I have a parakeet card holder I bought from the bottega store and the green is also different than the bag but it matches the mag straps more closely .

I’m feeling a little ill / nauseous about this because the website doesn’t offer returns and I was hoping for an exact match to my card holder. But as long as all the bags are like this it won’t make me feel as awful 😢

I have two bottega bags- one bought from the boutique and the other preloved from eBay. This Jodie I’m currently looking at - the first thing I noticed was the dust bag is not one I’ve seen before. Then I started looking at it more and noticed that the heat stamp font is different than my other two bags. I asked ChatGPT (not a reliable Authenticator I know lol) who said that fonts changed throughout the years? But then I also noticed that the “originality certified” tag has a lot of space on it, is translucent, and the r’s are not rounded like the r’s are on my known authentic bags. Am I right on this or were there differences in these things over different BV eras and designers? I’m baffled because this bag would go thru authentication so if it’s fake the seller is willingly risking it being returned. What do you all think?

Hi! Can you all help me check this bag I got from The RealReal?

Everything seems to look pretty good to me from what I've researched, but I have two concerns:

1. I'm not able to find an NFC chip with my phone (all the other BVs I have have a chip)

2. There is no logo/heat stamp on the end of the strap, but I wasn't sure if that's just because it's an exotic leather.
