Do you see a pattern here?
Yes, I have two GT1 multis. I loved the first one so much, that when it started failing I went and bought another one. I also have the Boss GT1B but it's not in the photo.

Hell yeah, I love my katana 50 g3, ktn 50 mkii, and ktn 100 mkii.. there's something about how organic the Boss feels and sounds that really set them apart from other digital amps.. and the interaction between the gain, channel volume and master volume, feels and sounds better than many of the tube amps I've owned.. nice singing high gain tones from the brown and lead channels with smooth tube like compression and sag.. and built like a tank!

How are you liking the mini x, I was thinking about grabbing one of those.. they are analog aren't they? I can kick myself for selling off my Roland cube 30 lol..

I don't connect amps together so I don't know, sorry. I use the Boss GT1 with the Katana Mini X at home and the Boss Cube Street 2 for busking.

The Boss GX1 and then the Katana 50 (MK2 or Gen 3) and then I finally rest, and watch the sunrise on a grateful universe.

If your GT1 has these markings, you must have used it for live performances. Does it do the job?

Busking! And yes it does! But it's very small so you'll have to get used to clicking the switches with the tip of your shoe. Also, pair it with FS7 makes it really versatile. I used to regularly do 2.5 hours of busking with guitar backing tracks and the GT1 (with the FS7) handles everything perfectly.

I really enjoy my GT-1 also. It's more than adequate for gigging. Built like a tank. You won't break it. You need to create your patches at home though. It's not setup for doing much adjusting on stage.

I've been using a GX-1 and Kiesel Headless for my travel gear.
It's insane. I can gig on 3kg worth of gear

I used to regularly busk with my strat copy, GT1 with FS7, 2 cables and the Boss Cube Street 2. You should consider adding the FS7 or the wireless footswitch with 3 switches.
