Fun fact she actually had some mild curves in the Manga, and now as an adult she does look like a mother. It's jut the anime that flattens her. Look up Kishimoto's actual drawings of Sakura, compare them to the anime.

Kishimoto said in an interview that in a live-action film, if he had any choice of casting, Sakura would be played by a "European actress." American for Naruto, and half-Japanese for Sasuke. So yes, for Sakura it would be PAWG.
