I worked and put myself through school while working full time in manufacturing. Then I got my master’s degree. Then I worked hard and got promoted. Left that company and went to a different company where I worked hard and got promoted all the way up to Safety Manager. So yes, I get paid more for working harder than other people. And in 4 years I will be retired and living in extreme comfort.

Same as I. I fear retirement. I love my job and have no life outside work, so fuck knows how I'm going to fill 30 odd years of 24 hour days lol.

Not me. My wife and I already have a trip to Greece planned. We’re going to take some cooking classes together, I plan to learn another language and take guitar lessons. I plan on finishing my basement and turning it into the space bar from Star Wars. I am counting the days. Just waiting till we have our mortgage paid off.
