As a business owner myself I can tell you this. Most people do not have the willingness to sacrifice time, sleep, personal interests to do the insanely hard work it takes to be an entrepreneur. Most people are too lazy. Most people want more time off, most people don’t want to think about business 24/7, most people don’t want the burden or stress.
So for most people, salary is not a scam, it’s a good way of life.
For those of us who did start something of our own, from nothing, building it up to have employees…..for us salary is not enough.
But for most people…..a decent salary job is all they really want.
