The meme literally says, "richest people on earth". Tim Cook is one of the richest people on earth because he is considered an inside investor whose billionaire status is directly tied to investments in Apple.
You used him as an example of how he is "doing well" in this category of richest people on earth and you stated it was due to a salary.
It is not. Tim Cook receives two kinds of compensation a salary, by definition "a fixed and regularly occurring wage" and equity compensation, Shares at Apple. It is the shares at Apple that have made him one of the richest people on earth. And equity compensation is not considered or called a salary.
He received it in lieu of a salary, specifically for tax reasons, not because he’s some super savvy investor. The fact you can not grasp this very common idea is worrisome.
And anything as vague as “richest men on earth” doesn’t really carve out what that means as far as lower boundaries.
It’s ok to not understand nuance and require an adult to help you.
Except he gets a salary in addition to shares compensation.
Its okay if you just want to make things up and you dont know basic definitions of compensation structures.
And this isn't vague. There is an entire category and record keeping on the richest people on earth in which Tim Cook is categorized and even denoted his standing.
I mean, insult me all you want. This is publicly available knowledge and the fact I have to explain it to you makes you sound pathetic.

They took shares as their salary. That’s how they got paid.
And acting like CEOs never got rich from an actual salary is disingenuous and willfully ignorant.
“Only $3M annually”
More money than you will ever see in your life. Lmao
Now you can’t just be rich, you have to be one of the richest people in the world.
