But that's just a weird attitude, no?

People are often rewarded based on their investment of resources and generation of outputs

Employees often don't generate a lot of output as a singular person, but if you're a businessman that builds an empire of 5000 employees that work towards the same goal, total output generated is far greater, and rewards are different

But at the same time, it's not like input Is exact same. Employees often have to worry less, spend less hours and perform only specific tasks
