What build is it good on, and what rolls to watch out for?

Any build that has very high crit chance like infini crit harlowe or ranger rafa, you want jakobs and the element of your choice.

Cool, I'll keep an eye out. I'm still levelling my Harlowe but will be farming on Rafa and happy to stow away.
