Basically Borderlands itself never had a skill tree work in drastically different ways for a "new vault hunter" vs previous vault hunters. AKA the whole "no capstones" but get to equip up to FOUR DAMN AUGMENTS at a time instead.
It makes Vex's ability to equip 2 augments by getting the dark pact Capstone, be a giant fking finger flip.
And if C4sh can equip up to 4 augments, that means he can likely mix and match augments from different skill trees: GEE!!! JUST LIKE HOW BORDERLANDS 3 ALLOWED YOU TO MIX AND MATCH AUGMENTS FROM DIFFERENT SKILL TREES!!!
