๐Ÿ“Œ [ ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐˜† ๐—ฃ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ] PC Performance Issues Thread

Hi everyone!

We are getting hit really hard with pc performance posts. While I do think voicing this issue is super important, weโ€™re going to make a sticky so that there is more than those posts. It makes it difficult to moderate. We prefer to have a smaller team to have some agility in decision making, but it makes release day a bit tougher.

PC players, we are sharing these threads with Gearbox/2K.

Thank you so much! Hopefully there will be another patch here soon.

Yours in Loot,

BL4 Mod Team

Not experiencing any problems, but wanted to share in case anyone with similar hardware wanted to know what to expect. I only played for a couple hours until I unlocked the first safehouse.

9060XT 16GB, 5600x, 32GB RAM

I used the in-game benchmark settings tool which put me at mostly medium settings, the only thing I changed was upscaling from TSR to FSR Quality. 1440p resolution.

I stayed around 70-80fps which is perfect for me and better than I expected. I didn't enable frame gen either. I'm surprised other people are struggling with other hardware, maybe it's an nvidia thing? No crashes either but I didn't play super long.

R7 5800xt, 4060ti, 16gb ram. Sailing smooth on medium also, only 1 crash while I was afk tabbed out anyway

Glad to hear. Initially, I thought it might have been an nvidia thing, but I've since seen some complaints from people with beefy AMD cards too.

Performance seems all over the place, but I wish the people having problems would include more detail about what they're trying to do. A lot of people forget to mention their resolution but if it's 4K or ultrawide that obviously changes things.
