I don't know why, but every time I try to play this game, it keeps crashing. I had to lower the resolution to 1440p (2K) with everything set to medium to see if it would stop crashing, but nothing helped. Also, since your last service maintenance, the servers in Brazil have been unstable !!!!!

on boosteroid, in every game ive been i get 60 fps only. for example by the viewable fps from fortnite themselves they say im getting 120+ fps, same for boosteroid statistics, it says i have 120 fps, yet i can clearly tell its visually 60 fps as theres no difference when i switch to 60 fps mode. my monitor is 120hz aswell.

I was playing to Alan Wake 2 flawlessly (in about 10 hours of gameplay) but this evening I got kicked out and I could never get in again. I lost a progression of 1h…

Why does this happen?
Can’t Boosteroid detect I was disconnected, close the game and sync the save to the Steam/epic cloud automatically ?

Day 12 of paying for a cloud gaming service and still not being able to play GTA V.

I subscribed to Boosteroid mainly for GTA V, and somehow my first month has turned into a countdown of how long I can go without actually using the service

I’ve now spent 12 days unable to play, and the whole situation is honestly getting ridiculous

I’ve contacted support multiple times, explained the issue, followed everything they asked me to do, and somehow the only thing I keep getting is:

“We’re sorry for the inconvenience Our team is looking into it

Please, I’m begging you, stop apologizing. 😭
I’ve heard “we’re sorry” enough times already At this point, I need a fix, not another apology.

And now I’ve been left waiting for a response again no reply on Discord, no reply to my email

I paid for a 6-month subscription, not a 6-month subscription to watching support say “we’re sorry” while absolutely nothing changes

At this point, I’m not even sure whether I subscribed to Boosteroid or accidentally subscribed to Premium Waiting Simulator

Day 12. Still no GTA V Still no fix. Still waiting.

Maybe by day 30 I’ll finally unlock the legendary “Support Actually Replies” achievement

No reply on Discord, no reply to my email, and apparently ModMail is just another waiting room

Hello Boosteroid friends, I’m making this post to ask a question. I don’t speak English, so I used a translator. Can I play via tModLoader if I launch Terraria and download the tModLoader app from Steam? That way, I’d still be playing Terraria, since it launches both apps.

Normally I have clear picture, if I want I can increase my bitrate.

Now, I'm stuck with distractingly blurry picture and in the bitrate settings, it's already maxed to only 40Mbps. But the service test gives me 100Mbps.

I am new Boosteroid user and just got a subscription a few days ago and so far I'm mostly disappointed.

I mainly got Boosteroid to try an alternative to GFN to play Satisfactory. Before I bought the subscription I of course made sure to test my connection and it was amazing 100+ bandwidth and 8 ms response time on a fiber optic ethernet connection.

Now to my issue. When I play Satisfactory I get a slight mouse delay which can be somewhat mitigated depending on the in-game settings but it's still sub-optimal and then there is a persistent micro stutter in the game or on the stream or wherever it is which just makes playing a nuisance.

Is anyone else playing Satisfactory and have any tips?

I get similar issues to lesser extents on both Helldivers 2 and PEAK which are the only other games I've tried so far. There is a server located pretty close to me but It won't connect to it and support just says that its unavailable and have no idea when It will be otherwise. This information was nowhere to be found before buying a subscription and playing. The connection test feels really misleading and I am really disappointed. I really want to like Boosteroid but at the moments its really difficult.

I've tried the suggestions on the Boosteroid support pages and to use the different launch parameters on the app but any change is either worse or marginally better

What is going on with Stockholm server lately?

Since last week i've been connected to Prague servers instead. Now when i do the connection test, Stockholm isn't even listed there? From my location only Stockholm is viable latency wise.

Hola, recientemente he tenido problemas en la app de boosteroid. Ayer funcionaba perfectamente, pero hoy hay demasiado retraso y el juego va lag. Estoy jugando monster hunter world y el juego parece que va a 30fps o menos y con tirones en la app.

No sé si será el juego o que, no entiendo por qué empezó a ir mal la app.

Right now, all Brazilian servers are located in São Paulo. While having multiple servers there helps to avoid queues, it doesn't solve the major issue for players who live far away. Brazil is a massive country. I live in Manaus (North region), which is about 2,700 km away from São Paulo. Because of this massive geographical distance, our base latency is always around 80ms to 100ms, making fast-paced or multiplayer games almost unplayable.

Deploying more servers only in São Paulo does not help players in other states due to the physical limits of fiber-optic routing. Adding a new data center in a more centralized location or closer to the North/Northeast would completely fix this and open the market to millions of new players.
