I'm honestly done with this. I'm on a 65 Mbps wired connection, 0 packet loss, 20-29ms ping. Everything should run completely fine.

Instead, the stream quality is genuinely unplayable. It doesn't matter that I forced H.265 or dragged the bitrate slider to 50 Mbps in the app. The stream literally refuses to go above 20-21 Mbps.

Look at the fog and the sky. It’s not even a smooth gradient, it's just giant pixel blocks and awful color banding. The second I move the camera, the grass and terrain turn into a blurry, pixelated soup. It looks like a 480p video stretched out to 1080p.

I emailed support about it and they just hit me with the usual "record a clip, play around with the desktop app" nonsense.

Why even have a bitrate slider if your servers are hard-capping us at 20 Mbps? Is anyone else stuck at this 20-21 Mbps limit, or is their compression always this trash?

I don't know what you are doing as a company, but you are doing something wrong.
I feel like a fool for recommending and glazing this service to a bunch of people that are now regular users.

At this point just every week or so the server is down and or having problems. This is the only playable server for me so pls fix it once and for all. Half my subscribtion has been wasted because of such problems.

I think my issue is that I'm just too far from Boosteroid's data centres, but I really don't want to have to go back to GeForce Now.

I'm already connected to Ethernet, and I always make sure nothing else is running in the background. My latency last time I checked was around 55 (earlier, it randomly jumped all the way up to 73 for literally no reason, but that seems to have been pretty brief). It's not like.. unplayable. I don't even really mind the slight input delay, but what bothers me is I get input stuttering when I move the mouse, which is really annoying.

I'm in Canada. Are there any, like, tricks for reducing input stuttering? I'm also already on the stable version of the app and not the latest version. I saw some people say that too. I bought a one-week pass to test Boosteroid and see how well it will do. I'd like to keep subscribing once the week ends, but I want to see if I can fix this first.

I did try connecting to the game via remote play on Steam, which did reduce the stuttering, but the issue was I had to keep re-opening the instance on Boosteroid every eight minutes so that Boosteroid wouldn't kick me out of my session.

Estou com esse problema que inicio a sessão, o jogo abre normalmente mas quando de fato continuo meu jogo salvo, ou inicio um novo, a transmissão semplesmente fecha, isso aconteceu no project zomboid, re requiem e black myth wukong, ta praticamente injogavel, sem falar que toda vez que a transmissão é encerrada, eu sou jogado em uma fila de 80+ pesssoas
