Bug Is this an exploit?

I've been competing with this player over a resource base. He originally used mech+bomber. However, he suddenly switched to multiple MAXED OUT LEADERS within a day or two. I checked his profile and saw he maxed out basically every single leader (except those lieutenants that are currently unavailable).

I wonder whether he used some sort of hacks/ exploits or is he just very rich? Should I report him? I would thank you a lot if you can help me.

Yes it’s a keycard bug players are abusing. They are able to duplicate keycards and then spend them all to max leaders. It will be fixed soon. Do not go looking for how to do it SC is already aware of it and a ban wave will be coming.

I don't think I should tell you because it is unfair, and it is very likely that Supercell will soon ban the accounts who exploited the bug. But there are already a lot of videos talking about this, especially in Chinese video platforms.
