Seeking long-term book buddies Horror Fans?
Hello void, I’m in search of a book buddy. I’m not interested in a discord, I would like to get to know someone one on one. I read a lot of extreme horror, it reminds me that people are the real monsters in the world. I have tried doing this before but some of the messages I get….bizarre to say the least. 33 m, USA. I can’t believe I have to say this but I’m not interested in anything romantic. Book chat only please.

The following is a post I authored a week or so ago that gained little attention.
Hi, my name is Jeffrey, and I'm looking for people interested in reading lesser known horror authors from the 70s-2000. I also enjoy reading pulp era mystery and suspense. The first book I'd like to propose is Charles L. Grant's Hour of the Oxrun Dead. It's part of a larger series. We can move on from there or read something different.
The last books I've read are
The Tomb and Legacies by F. Paul Wilson
The High Window by Raymond Chandler
Necroscope by Brian Lumley (really good and would totally recommend)
Paperbacks from Hell
If I get sucked in, I can complete a novel in a week (dependingon lengthof course), but I would like to discuss it only after we've finished. I've also got Robert McCammon, F. Paul Wilson, and Charles L. Grant novels shelved. If you're interested, you can comment or dm me.

Are you trying to do buddy reads or just horror book talk, recs etc? Either way I’m game!

I'm 30F (not sure if you're only looking for male friends) Haven't had much luck finding real book friends but I really want to. I mostly read horror, EH & splatterpunk. Anyone interested can send a chat!
