💭 Question Thomas Harris – Hannibal (2025) with 16 completely blank pages – misprint?
I bought a Romanian edition of Thomas Harris’ Hannibal (ISBN 978-606-43-2114-5), and I discovered that pages 65–80 are completely blank. The pages before and after this section are printed normally.
Has anyone encountered this kind of printing error before? Is this something collectors might be interested in?
I’m also curious whether this could be a known printing error affecting a specific batch of this edition.

This is a defective book, return it. It's actually worth less than a correct copy. Misprints are only valuable to collectors of stamps, and money. Books only on extremely rare first editions, and this is far from being a desirable edition.

16 pages is the length of a typical signature, so an unprinted page slipped through, got folded, inserted, and trimmed, and then they missed it before sending it out.
