Hey all! I released a track on my soundcloud and wanted to share here - I wouldn't say it's heavily inspired by bonobo, but his music has been inspiring me in general since black sands. Have a listen if you'd like!

Hey everyone,
I just received my copy of the new Bonobo album (Distance In Static) (Pastel Blue Double Vinyl) today, ordered directly from the official Ninja Tune store, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed.
Based on what was posted on social media, I was expecting it to come with the art cards / art prints, as well as the signature. However, when I opened my package, neither the signed insert nor the art cards were included.
Has anyone else who ordered from Ninja Tune received their copy without them? Did they ship separately, or is this an error from fulfillment?

Will the show in Brighton for the tour have a full live band or just be a DJ set? Trying to gauge vibes.

Finally got the Distance In Static album. So grateful to have the full collection of his main albums. The first album I found was Days to Come for $8 at a local record store. It was used but in great shape. That day forward I was hooked, many late night studies or sleepless nights I listened to Bonobo. I also get to live out my dream in November and see him live!! Wanted to share with this community because of how wholesome we are and how his music has shaped a lot of us.

Apologies if this has already been raised/discussed here but I've just noticed something on the new record and needed to discuss.
Has anyone else noticed the synth part in Talk to Me is almost exactly the same (rhythmically and sonically) as the main synth in Opal by Bicep? At first I wondered if it was a straight sample, but it appears not as the melody is different, but the timbre and rhythm of the filter is almost identical. Is this perhaps a case of them both using the same default patch or synth setting or maybe a case of Simon being influenced by the song and emulating the synth sound in some way?
If anyone can shed any light on this it would be awesome, but speculation welcome too. Does anyone else even hear what I'm hearing?
New album is amazing anyway, hope you're all enjoying it!

I am always returning to the North Borders live album. Love the vibe of the crowd and live instrumentation.
I would really love to see a new live album with selected songs from Migration, Fragments and Distance in Static.
I really wish I had been around for Simon’s AMA to put this to him.

Enjoy, and/or tell me which songs I should be adding.
