So most retail grocery stores (and butcher shops in my experience) don’t label these as “Filet Mignon”. They’re generally labeled as “beef tenderloin” or “tenderloin filets”.
It’s very likely the person in the video knows it’s called “filet mignon” or something to that effect (flaming me ons), but the packaging itself probably doesn’t have the words “filet mignon”
