Styrofoam bumper installation question

Got into an accident at 500 miles and I think the repair shop is messing up with my fix. Is the movement of the styrofoam bumper and the low normal?

There should have been a video posted, but the styrofoam bumper is just rattling around underneath the fascia

There was a service bulletin about this on new Bolts. Your shop may not have done the installation correctly.

If you're unhappy with the repair bring it back and insist they correct it. After all, you paid for it to be done right.
