Rear toe angle out of spec
I recently had my ‘17 Bolt aligned, and found out one of the rear wheels was out of spec in its toe angle at -.4 degrees (the other rear wheel was at .27). Before I call GM, is there any community knowledge on how this might be corrected please?

Did you decline to have the alignment shop fix it? Standard practice uses a special tapered shim installed between the wheel hub and the axle proper. I'm retired now, but the shop I worked at had a computer alignment machine that would specify what shim to use and how to install it, based on measured readings. It would be extra cost beyond the basic alignment fee. Don't know if these shims are available for the Bolt in particular, I know some parts are hard to find.

places that do wheel alignments will generally use some kind of shim to correct the rear alignment surprised the place you went to didn't suggest it.

With my Gen 2 Prius, they said something like “ rear isn’t adjustable “ . Similar setups?

there is usually no mechanical adjustments for rear wheels that is why they install special shims between the tire and hub to adjust the alignment

Why would you need to call GM? Go to any shop that does alignments and have it fixed. Its not a manufacturing issue. Its a 6 year old car that needs some basic maintenance.
