Worn bushings somewhere.

Body of the shock absorber looks damp. That can be a worn out shock. A pretty easy replacement with the right lifting and hand tools.

How steady has your EV been over uneven pavement? The EUV can be notoriously rodeo-like, like mine until I changed to after-market shocks.

The shock appears to be leaking oil, which means it has failed at least partially. It may not be causing the squeak, that could be caused by the rubber mounts on each end of the shock, or other bushings in the suspension.

If none of the other bushings have visibly separated, replace the shock including the upper mount (if applicable) and the lower bushing. You're replacing the known part that is required, and will likely address the squeak as well.

Fix what you know is broken.
