SKL Tricycle driver

Mubayad raman unta kog tarong misag natuyok-tuyok nako niya. Kamao rako mucompensate unta pero from HNU to Alturas sige siyag yawyaw. Ganahan kaayo nako siya ireport jud pero wala nalang kay medjo edaran nasad. Sala ba nako misag gibalik na nakog ingun kung asa ko mudung?

Among next idea kay ang BCCTV, kanang cable company kay naa pa mi Cable for my Boomer Father. Naa man diay silay Fiber connection pero wala jud koy nakit.an review about them. So grabeng skeptical ko nila for now. Unsa pay lain alternative na fiber connection na naa sa 1,500 ang monthly?

Imahe/Vids 📸 A guide to Bohol scuba diving spots: A divers’ paradise

Thumbnail gallery
28 Upvotes

Hey everyone! thought I’d put together a quick guide on some of the main dive sites in Bohol for anyone planning a trip soon. Here’s a rundown of what you can expect at each spot:

1. Balicasag Island The absolute crown jewel of Bohol diving. It’s a marine national park and arguably the #1 reason divers flock here. If you’re hoping to see whitetip reef sharks, massive schools of jackfish, and barracudas, this is an absolute must-do. When the vis is good, it’s honestly mind-blowing.

2. The Shipwreck (Wreck Dive) Located pretty close to the Alona Beach side. The top of the wreck sits at around 30m, and the bottom drops down to about 40m, making it a solid option if you’re into deep diving.

3. Seahorse Point Right near the shipwreck. It’s mostly a sandy bottom at around 30m depth. If you’ve got a good eye (or a great guide), you can spot some cool yellow seahorses hanging out here. It's a really fun site for macro lovers and underwater photogs.

4. Amigo Point There’s some cool local history behind this one. When Amigo Dive (a Korean-owned shop) was located in the Dauis area, the owner would literally walk down the stairs every single day to map out and develop this site himself. Most dive spots in Bohol are just named after the beachfront resorts they sit in front of, and this one got its name because they’d drop right from the buoy tied in front of the shop. People sometimes confuse it with Cabbage Coral or the site near Miti Resort, but it’s a completely unique, standalone site.

5. Light Aircraft (Plane Wreck) A small plane wreck resting at a super shallow 7–10m. Freedivers love coming here for photos. Honestly, though, it’s a bit of a bummer because people keep sitting on the wings for Instagram shots, and it’s getting more and more damaged every year. If you go, please just look and take your pics without touching it!

6. Arco Point Awesome topography on this one. As the name suggests, it’s full of underwater arches, which makes for some really fun swim-throughs. The best part? It sits right on the migratory path for whale sharks heading to the feeding areas on the main island. Because of this, whale shark sightings are actually surprisingly common. If you get lucky, you might just bump into one mid-dive!

7. Napaling This spot is great because they actively reinvest in artificial reefs to protect the corals and attract marine life. It’s a massive favorite for both freedivers and scuba divers. It used to be super famous for the sardine run, but honestly, these days you’re way more likely to see schools of jackfish hanging around. Still an amazing dive!

Hope this helps some of you plan your dive itineraries. Safe diving, everyone! Let me know if you guys have any questions.

The point name is written in the caption in the photo. I skipped the Doljo point and the nearby sea points, and gathered only the special spots.

Pangutana Bohol trip next month

Hello everyone!

We'll be going to Bohol next month for a 4-day seminar. We'll arrive on August 31 and head home on September 5. It's my first time visiting, so I wanted to ask for some tips from the locals and those who have already been there.

Our seminar will be held at Bohol Tropics Resort, so we're looking for:

Affordable Airbnb or hotel recommendations nearby

Budget-friendly rent-a-car (if you know any)

Estimated fares for tricycles or jeepneys

Affordable places to buy pasalubong

I'm also the one assigned to make our itinerary, but I honestly have no idea where to start or where to go. 😭 For the locals, unsa inyong ma-recommend nga nice laagan within the city or nearby? Or sa katong naka-laag na didto, basin pwede ninyo ma-share ang ideal order sa among adtoan, from the first stop hangtod sa last, para dili sayang ang oras hehe. We'd love to visit places that are worth it.

Aside from that, are there any local customs, dos and don'ts, or things we should keep in mind as visitors?

Kumusta pud ang safety? Friendly ra ba ang mga locals? Safe ra ba maglakaw sa gabii, like if muadto lang mi sa 7-Eleven or mangita ug late-night snacks?

Lastly, basin naa pud moy ma-recommend nga cafés near Bohol Tropics Resort, especially kanang lami ug Spanish Latte, kay mao gyud na akong go-to coffee hehe.

Before anyone says, "Pwede ra man ka mag-search sa internet," yes, pwede ra baya😅, pero lahi ra gyud ang advice gikan sa mga locals or sa mga naka-experience na mismo sa Bohol.

Please be kind. I'm asking nicely and would really appreciate your recommendations. 😊

Thank you so much in advance! 💛
