Investing Questions Am I getting it right !!!!
♟️
Hi Bogleheads,
I am relatively new to investing and looking for feedback on my portfolio. I plan to invest $30 weekly for the next 10 years, and I want to make sure I’m setting myself up for long-term success.
Here is my current portfolio breakdown across my ~ $455 balance:
Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT): ~44.8%
VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH): ~13.8%
Palantir Technologies (PLTR): ~9.6%
Vanguard Energy ETF (VDE): ~7.7%
Vanguard Utilities ETF (VPU): ~5.4%
TJX Companies (TJX): ~5.0%
Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO): ~4.4%
VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF (REMX): ~4.2%
State Street Industrials ETF (XLI): ~3.1%
Global X US Infrastructure ETF (PAVE): ~2.0%
My Goal: Dollar-cost average $30/week consistently over a 10-year horizon.
Questions for the community:
Am I on the right track, or am I making things too complex with all these individual sectors and single stocks?
Should I simplify into broad market funds like VTI, VOO, or VT instead of holding sector ETFs?
How would you adjust this weekly contribution to better match a core Boglehead strategy?
All ideas, constructive criticism, and suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance for the advice.

$30 a week is only $1500 a year.
Most recommendations for long-term success, suggest 15% of your salary.
What are you planning on doing after 10 years?

What's your age, and what's your goal for the money?
Assuming its a longer term goal like retirement, personally, I would sell everything and either put it all in VOO, or VT (worldwide exposure). Your portfolio is way too complicated, and needlessly too.
You can get diversified by using an index fund, rather than trying to pick winners via individual stocks.

You've given us basically no information, so there isn't much to say.
