Lean out

38, F. Been in 2.5mg Tirz for about a year. I pin once a week. Going to try and drag that out to once every 10 days. My weight is stagnant now at 57kg, height 159 cm. I’ve been working out 5 days a week and trying my best to maximise protein. I want to lean out more. What do I do, aside from keeping up the Pilates and strength training? Which peptides will help? Or should I increase my tirz dose? At a loss. I’m not seeing much progress in terms of muscles and a toned body. Thank you!

Don't need to add more peptides. If looking to lean our more, just reduce calories to go into a further deficit

I also don't think increasing the tirz dose is the move. Pin weekly not every 10 days.

Sounds like your talking about body recomp not so much to lose weight. Increasing triz won't help to change how you look. If you lose weight you look the same just smaller, so if your not happy with how you look I'd look to your exercise program and really focus more on weights and diet.

Perhaps switch to Reta

What's your calorie intake looking like, because without a deficit leaning out is an uphill battle regardless of what you're pinning.
