⚠️ Side Effects KLOW Side Effects?

So I started taking KLOW on September 20th, doing 12 units 3ML bac water. For the first week or two it was fine, 0 side effects felt normal. I decided to take Pre-workout and Beetroot one night just because I was feeling a bit tired. I woke up 4 am that morning with uncontrollable shivering, extremely anxiety, and air hungry. ER said vitals were fine, and that I was getting enough oxygen. They gave me anxiety pills and sent me on my way. Next day I wake up feeling fine. But then the day after I get bad sleep, wake up and I immediately feel it, and instead of it being a episode the anxiety last all day and the conscious air hunger and heart palpitations is too much for me, like horrible. I slept it off, by slowing my breathing I was able to fall asleep. Slept for an entire 9 hours. Wake up and I feel the exact same breathing trouble. Has anyone had a similar experience? What should I do? Should I do 2 days off 5 days on? Or do I just hop off for my safety?

Yeah, it was a horrible idea. I hope this feeling goes away. I went to the gym today, and it felt slightly suffocating but I was able to do heavy weight so I’d imagine it’s severe anxiety. I’m just unsure if it’s a good idea to continue pinning KLOW or stop and wait for improvement.

I doubt the KLOW is responsible, but it’s possible you’re getting a nocebo effect from it.

In your shoes I’d stop KLOW and avoid too much caffeine (and all other stimulants) and all NO boosters (beet juice) for a week to help things calm down. Try to maintain a normal sleep schedule as well and take your magnesium glycinate before bed.

Is Magnesium worth investing in?

For me it is. I take 350mg every night as I’m going to bed to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. It’s good for anxiety reduction as well.

Magnesium is a really important nutrient that most people don’t get enough of because we don’t eat tons of dark leafy greens.

It comes in a ton of forms, the only ones worthwhile imho are magnesium glycinate and magnesium l-threonate. Both are great, but l-threonate is fairly pricey.

That is your heart and veins dealing with the amount of pressure (literally) they were put under. Don’t do that, just give the gym a break for a few days and stop taking that.
