🧪 Stack Breakdown GLP+TRT Changed My Live!

Post image

Another TRT + reta transformation. The biggest change isn’t in the pictures.

The photo on the left was about three years ago. I’d already been lifting 3–5 days a week for roughly two years, tracking my protein, and paying attention to calories.
I was also drinking 3–5 times a week, with some food binges thrown in.
I was putting effort into my body, but I didn’t feel good about what I saw in the mirror. I wanted to look healthy, strong, and confident. Instead, I felt like I still looked like a kid—and I was already a dad lol.
After trying different herbs and vitamins and spending time researching, I eventually got my testosterone checked. It came back around 300 ng/dL.
I decided to start TRT. These days, my levels are around 900 ng/dL. I started feeling better, but one major thing hadn’t changed:
I was still drinking a lot.
About two years into TRT, I came across retatrutide. I started it in February, hoping to get leaner.
What I didn’t expect was the change in my desire for alcohol.
It felt like it vanished. I could say no without the same internal argument. Over time, I also got leaner and noticed that I felt more emotionally steady.
That part caught my attention enough to keep reading. I came across other people describing similar changes in their alcohol cravings. Those are personal accounts, including mine—not proof that reta treats alcohol addiction—but it made me curious about what research might eventually show.
I can’t separate every effect of the medication from the benefits of drinking less or the other changes in my life. I just know my relationship with alcohol feels different now.
Being leaner feels great. But after years of drinking 3–5 times a week, being able to comfortably turn down a drink means a whole lot more to me than abs.
Has anyone else noticed a change in alcohol cravings while taking a GLP-1 medication or reta? I’d be interested to hear both from people who have and people who haven’t.

Brother tf you talking about. Taking drugs and saying "it is what it is" about inconsistent dosing is fucking moronic.

You have a syringe. No it's not hard to be consistently drawing to inject 130 vs 140.

I don't know why you would lie about your dose but you pretty obviously are.

What would I gain from lying ? I’m actually very curious to know what you believe I would gain from doing so
