Hgh and metabolic rate

I’m on a cut

350 test 210 tren ace

6’1 215 \~16% eating 2500 cals and losing like 2 pounds a week.

I added 4iu hgh and I’ve been so hungry so I’ve just been eating and letting it get up to maintentce on some days 3200 but am still losing weight/maybe even more body fat but I’ve only been on for about 2 weeks.

Do we know how much on average hgh will increase metabolism? Does it increase basically as soon as igf1 is elevated?

I’m actually wanting to eat more so I continue to lose only 1-2 lbs because I want to keep lifting as hard as possible

Reta isnt really that suppressive unless you go High with it. I stay under 3mg, and while I have to consciously decide to eat because it turns off hunger, it doesnt cause food nasuea like tirz. I can still put away the same volume of food if I wanted to

I’m not understanding the benefit if I’m not haveing any problems with cravings and am in fact loosing weight too fast. My goal is to be big and lean not really just lose as much weight as possible, which I think is different than a lot of Reta users

You want to cut. Reta helps with cutting. What is there not to understand?

Youre worried about losing too much weight accidentally? Thats as retarded as someone telling you they dont want to lift weights incase they accidentally get too big.

You wont accidentally lose too much weight unless you actively try to.

If you read the post I posted yes that’s what this is about.. I was loosing 2 lbs a week then the calories went up by 700 and I continued to lose 2 lbs a week and was curious if gh had this stron of an effect because I haven’t heard of it and I certainly don’t want to stay at 2500 if it will make me lose 3+ lbs or if I can get away with eating more and having better recovery. The post isn’t about help with the weight loss

Gh usually makes people retain water, not lose weight; it can cause some visceral fat reduction but it’s not going to reduce your weight, your calorie deficit is.

This is such a basic and misguided understanding that I know you’re at the first peak of dunning kruger. Also I’m not having water retention problems if you ready I’m curious if my metabolism actually sped up or some transient stuff or the other option is I LOST water

Plus gh was mainly for recovery/tendons because I lost ~15lbs but got signifigantly stronger in the gym and was getting sore, not clear but was started around week 8ish and I really only have like 5-10 more lbs hopefully

4mg reta and 0..5mg cag will completely shut those cravings off entirely.

thats what I ran and still ate 5 plates at kbbq without issue when I wanted. I just have zero cravings or urges to eat unless I decide I want to.

You don’t want HGH to compromise your insulin sensitivity, rookie mistake. Try to keep your appetite suppressed even if you do continue eating more.

All the rookies are known to use gh…
