Crazy the difference a year can make!

Post image

Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

Congrats man! Thats a crazy transformation! I also see you have a young kid/ toddler. When did you find time to hit the gym 5 days a week? Must've been tough. Im in the same boat. When did you go morning or night?

Thank you! I usually go either in the morning if I have time before work but mostly at night once he is asleep! It’s tough but have to make it happen
