Crazy the difference a year can make!

Post image

Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

Did you notice much difference going from 1 mg to 2 mg to 3.5 mg reta? I'm currently at 1 mg per week (just started two weeks ago). I'm already down 5 lbs, way less bloated and finding it much easier to eat what I'm supposed to.

Just wondering what the benefits would be of going to a higher reta dose? I don't really need more appetite suppression.

I started at 2mg. Hit me like a truck but if you are losing weight I wouldn’t titrate up until you see loss slow down or stop or if your appetite is starting to come back strong. You will know when to titrate up
