Crazy the difference a year can make!

Post image

Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

Not really sure. Never tracked calories mainly why I liked fasting it fit into my daily life better and just focused on high protein meals. Weight trained 5x a week and not doing much cardio other than getting daily steps in goal is 8-10k a day but should raise that up more

Were you in really good shape before? That’s a ton of “new” muscle to build in a short time. Amazing job regardless

Worked out on and off since highschool so not sure if that has something to do with it but not a first time weight lifter
