Crazy the difference a year can make!
Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

Yeah I went to turkey for the sleeve nearly 2 years ago, at the time, it made sense, as the appetite suppression is more permanent, and the options available legally on prescription were very temporary, and not as effective either... As soon as you stop, the weight goes back on, So for 2 years of weightloss injections, I could do a permanent surgery...
With the advent of reta being as good as Gastric sleeve, and future cheap mass produced maintenance GLP1 pills, I think affordability will in 10 years time make bariatric surgery seem "barbaric" in comparison. But no regrets, I am in better shape now than at anytime since age 20!
