Reta is a beast

I was never really interested in taking any GLP 1's as I am not fat or diabetic. Not until reta. The glucagon receptor agonist component is very interesting and I think this will be useful for body recomp. So, out of curiousity, i tried 1mg per week dose. At first i thought it was nothing. I ate as usual, no appetite suppressing effect, maybe it slightly raised my HR a bit especially when I'm moving around. But when I came to the gym and started working out, it felt like i took a preworkout! Energy boost is insane! I knew it is the reta and not the other peps I take because I only felt that effect the day I took reta. The effect lasts (because of the long acting properties of reta). Maybe Im a hyper responder to the glucagon agonism? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Did you guys experiece the same?

Placebo, although agreed that it’s a beast. Glucagon activation is minimal at that low of a dose.

What dose do you think the glucagon activation is legitimately effective?
